Junior IT Asset Management Consultant – Remote (Based in Bratislava)

Who we’re looking for:

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to start your career in IT Asset Management? We are looking for a Junior IT Asset Management Consultant to join our growing team and deliver high-quality, client-focused services.

This is a remote-first role based in Bratislava, providing flexibility to work from home while staying connected with your local team. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe and have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing:

As part of our managed services team, you will help ensure that software is requested, approved, and delivered in line with internal policies and licensing requirements.You will gain hands-on experience with IT asset management tools, work with international stakeholders, and contribute to a team that values service, precision, and continuous improvement.

Your Mission:

• Keep the software request process running smoothly from start to finish.
• Work with stakeholders across business, procurement, and IT to remove blockers.
• Act as the go-to link between requestors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Validate software requests against existing licenses, escalating when needed.
• Maintain clear, accurate records in ServiceNow and other asset management tools.
• Support audits and reporting, updating license data and documentation as required.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

What you bring to the table:

• 0 – 2 years of experience in a similar job role
• A sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to work.
• You have a degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, service-focused attitude.
• Comfort working with procedures and accuracy in mind.
• Ability to coordinate with different teams and follow up effectively.
• Interest in IT operations, procurement, or compliance.
• Bonus if you’ve used ServiceNow, Excel, or Kanban boards.
• Basic knowledge of software licensing is an advantage, but not required.
