Eindhoven, 27 March 2024 – For the first time, Great Place To Work has announced the Best Workplaces for Women, alongside its annual list of the Netherlands’ best employers. Such a list has never before been published in the Netherlands. ITAM solutions finished in 9th place in the small category. We are extremely proud to have been included in this list.
Why this list is necessary
Glass ceilings. Unequal pay. Gender discrimination. A gender gap still exists in the Netherlands. Even in 2024. That has to change. It can be done differently. The Best Workplaces for Women™ show that it is possible.

100% based on employee feedback
The list of best Workplaces for Women is based on the Trust Index™, Great Place To Work’s employee survey. This survey tells organisations how they score on trust according to their own employees. At a score of 70% or higher, an organisation may call itself Great Place To Work-Certified™. This certificate is 100% based on employee feedback and therefore not for sale.
Certified organisations had a chance to win a spot on the Best Workplaces for Women list. So the winners do not claim about themselves that they are a good employer for women, but have earned this title according to their own employees.
About the list There are a total of 28 organisations on the list, divided into three categories:
- Small (20-49 employees): 10 organisations
- Medium (50-500 employees): 10 organisations
- Large (500 employees): 8 organisations
These organisations meet the following conditions:
- The number of women is equal to or higher than the CBS benchmark in the organisation’s industry
- The percentage of women in leadership roles is more than 33%
- Senior management consists of at least one woman
- A Trust Index score of 70% or higher according to women in the organisation
